時時服務(08181.HK)正式向聯交所申請轉往主板上市
格隆匯10月28日丨時時服務(08181.HK)宣佈,於2019年10月28日,公司已根據主板上市規則第9A章及附錄28向聯交所遞交有關建議轉板上市的正式申請。
公司已申請(i)所有現有已發行股份,及於根據購股權計劃授出或可能授出的購股權獲行使時可能將發行的新股份透過由GEM轉往主板上市的方式於主板上市及買賣。建議轉板上市將不涉及發行公司任何新股份。於公佈日期,公司已發行10.26億股股份。
公司已委任富強金融資本有限公司為有關建議轉板上市的獨家保薦人。
