和泓服务(06093.HK)拟2,520万人币购内地物业管理公司70%股权
和泓服务(06093.HK)公布,於昨日(23日)收市後,全资附属北京泓升投资与卖方订立投资框架协议,据此,北京泓升投资收购内地物业管理公司合共70%股权,拥有不少於300万平方米在管建筑面积,建议代价为2,520万元人民币。
北京泓升投资拥有选择权可於购股协议所载的条款及条件获满足後,於截至2020年、2021年及2022年12月底止三个年度,各年最多购买剩余卖方於目标公司剩余股份总数的三分之一,购买选择权将由公司透过新股配发偿付。
