港鐵(00066.HK)黃竹坑站第四期物業項目僅獲6份標書

港鐵(00066.HK)公布,黃竹坑站第四期物業發展項目今日(23日)截止提交標書後,共收到6份標書文件,公司將詳細考慮收到的標書文件, 並於稍後公布招標結果。

今日現場所見,入標發展商包括表示獨資投標的長實(01113.HK)及恆地(00012.HK),另外鷹君(00041.HK)亦有入標。

是次為行政長官林鄭月娥於施政報告公布有關房屋政策後首次有住宅項目截標。項目早前共收到38份意向書,創同類項目歷史次高,但最終僅接獲6份標書。當日現場遞交意向書的發展商包括鷹君、新地(00016.HK)、萬科企業(02202.HK)、英皇國際(00163.HK)、華懋、保利置業(00119.HK)、遠東發展(00035.HK)、建灝地產、中信泰富、太古地產(01972.HK)、帝國集團、南豐集團、中海外(00688.HK)、會德豐(00020.HK)、新世界(00017.HK)、碧桂園(02007.HK)、爪哇控股(00251.HK)、其士國際(00025.HK)、華置(00127.HK)及豐泰地產等。

黃竹坑站第四期物業發展項目屬純住宅發展,位於車站東南面,可建住宅樓面約63.8萬平方呎,預計供應最多800個單位,2025年落成,早前市場估值介乎105億至128億元。
