易華錄(300212.SZ)中標7618萬元中國自然資源航空物探遙感中心北斗項目
格隆匯10月22日丨易華錄(300212.SZ)公佈，公司近期參與了中國自然資源航空物探遙感中心北斗高精度測繪應用服務平台集成建設與應用的投標工作。2019年10月21日，中國政府採購網發佈項目中標公告(http://www.ccgp.gov.cn/cggg/zygg/zbgg/201910/t20191021_13148576.htm)，公司目前已收到了中國自然資源航空物探遙感中心簽發的《中標通知書》，確認公司成功中標該項目，中標金額為7618萬元。項目建設期為三年，建設內容為：北斗高精度測繪應用服務平台，開發位置信息服務產品，為測繪地理信息、行業及公眾位置服務等用户提供廣域增強服務、網絡RTK服務等；開展部分涉海定位服務及示範系統建設與應用，為海上活動提供定位保障。
中標項目將對全國的三千餘個北斗/GNSS基準站數據、連續運行觀測站觀測數據、用户定位信息、地理信息等海量時空信息進行存儲與計算，為全國範圍內的用户提供準實時毫米級高精度位置服務信息。項目落成後，可服務專業高精度測繪、應急測繪、海洋測繪及高精度地圖導航，也可服務交通、安全、農業、林業、旅遊等空間位置相關業務，並可面向大眾提供高精度定位服務。
該項目是公司近來落地的第二個部委級平台項目，標誌着易華錄進軍時空信息服務領域，項目的實施將為易華錄數據湖引入北斗數據資源、為數字孿生城市構建及城市交通大腦等提供時空基準，公司將就該項目形成湖雲一體解決方案並逐步構建國家級民用北斗服務運營平台。
同時該平台可為V2X應用及自動駕駛提供亞米級、釐米級定位服務及技術支撐，未來與公司已有的交通城市大腦、智能駕駛路側信號服務系統、汽車電子標識、智慧公路等解決方案相結合，為公司打造完整北斗+V2X解決方案提供重要助力。
此次中標項目的實施對公司業務的獨立性無重大影響，公司不會因此而對中國自然資源航空物探遙感中心形成業務依賴。
