51信用卡(02051.HK):外包催收公司涉嫌尋釁滋事集團需配合調查 午後復牌
51信用卡(02051.HK)公布,昨日(21日)於浙江杭州之辦事處接受中國有關政府部門上門調查。杭州市公安局已發佈消息稱,杭州警方於同日對集團委託之外包催收公司,涉嫌尋釁滋事等犯罪行為開展調查,公司就此全面配合調查。
另外,51信用卡亦表示留意到網絡上流傳有關集團洩漏個人資料,以及非法盜取個人資料的傳言。公司澄清集團所有的個人信息收集均有合法用戶授權,並不存在未經用戶授權非法盜取信息的情況。針對媒體的不實報導及誤導性分析,公司保留法律追責的所有權利。
該公司指,目前集團經營管理情況一切正常,財務狀況穩健。集團的運營情況隨時可以接受中國政府和第三方審計公司的監督。該股將於午後復牌。
