東吳證券聯合中證金融創設全國規模最大民企債券融資支持工具
據中證網,蘇州民營上市公司東方盛虹在深圳證券交易所成功發行10億元綠色公司債券,本次債券發行由東吳證券和中證金融合計提供信用保護2億元,為全國首單綠色債券信用保護合約,創下全國民營企業債券融資支持工具單筆創設規模最大的記錄。參考債務為綠色公司債券的信用保護合約,這在國內尚屬首次。通過這一方案,東方盛虹此次債券發行利率6.0%,創下今年以來3年期AA+民企私募公司債發行利率新低,低於8月份以來同評級同期限民企債券平均發行利率121BP,降融資成本效果明顯。
