宜昌交運(002627.SZ)上半年淨利潤6295.16萬元 同比增長40.11%
格隆匯8月25日丨宜昌交運(002627.SZ)公佈2019年半年度報告摘要，本報告期實現營業收入10.77億元，同比減少3.01%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6295.16萬元，同比增長40.11%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤5428.42萬元，同比增長53.43%；基本每股收益0.2000元。
公告稱，旅客運輸服務方面，報告期內，公司道路客運事業部通過合理調整運價、分配運力、優化運行組織形式等措施搶抓春運創收機遇；在宜昌至周邊縣市城際公交全覆蓋的基礎上，通過優化運營模式，提振城際公交競爭力；充分利用營銷渠道和內部資源，深化運遊結合；在檢測線項目形式向好的情況下，主動搶佔市場空間，拓寬檢測增收領域；重點項目方面，繼續推進“宜荊荊”城市圈重點道路客運企業併購重組工作。
旅遊綜合服務方面，報告期內，交運*旅遊產品共接待遊客56.91萬餘人次，同比上升30.44%。其中“交運*兩壩一峽”接待遊客44.08萬餘人次，同比上升45.16%；“交運*長江夜遊”接待遊客6.53萬餘人次，同比上升1.19%；“交運*景區直通車”接待遊客6.3萬餘人次，同比下降4.57%。
汽車銷售與售後服務方面，面對日趨嚴峻的市場環境，公司汽車營銷事業部穩中求進，主動作為，在穩銷量的同時，通過深耕售後服務、持續推進汽車金融及保險等延伸服務、強化內部優化整合等方式，實現了汽車銷售與售後平穩運行，利潤完成情況與去年基本持平。
現代物流服務方面，宜昌東站物流中心項目一期建設逐步進入尾聲，天元汽車城B區全部完工；公鐵聯運港2#倉庫主體結構封頂；公鐵聯運港5#倉庫快速推進，即將進入主體結構施工；公鐵聯運港8#倉庫全面啟動，目前已取得規劃許可證，正在進行施工招標，即將開工建設。招商方面，天元汽車城A區出租率達到78.85%，B區意向出租率61.10%；公鐵聯運港綜合出租率始終保持在100%；交運汽貿城綜合出租率達到70%以上。
此外，報告期內，三峽遊輪中心土地一級開發業務穩步推進，本期土地一級開發收入827.22萬元，較上年同期略有增長。項目建設方面，經過前期的多方溝通協調，三峽遊輪中心項目徵收拆遷順利展開，項目地塊住户搬遷已全部完成，單位搬遷剩餘22家正在推進。截至報告期末，公司累計撥付徵收拆遷資金約3.45億元。
