四通新材(300428.SZ)半年度淨利潤升23.52%至2.21億元
格隆匯8月26日丨四通新材(300428.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入32.04億元,同比下降5.11%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2.21億元,同比增長23.52%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.03億元,同比增長998.36%;基本每股收益0.40元。
2018年7月,公司啟動了重大資產重組,向天津東安發行股份購買其持有的天津企管100%的股權,向天津明德、天津拓進、天津新鋭、多恩新悦和深圳紅馬發行股份購買其持有的立中股份4.52%的股權,以詢價的方式向不超過5名符合條件的特定對象非公開發行股份募集配套資金不超過88000萬元。公司積極推進本次重組各項工作,2018年12月20日接到中國證監會核發的《關於核准河北四通新型金屬材料股份有限公司向天津東安兄弟有限公司等發行股份購買資產並募集配套資金的批覆》(證監許可【2018】2112號)文件。
在國內外錯綜複雜的經濟環境形勢下,功能性中間合金新材料業務繼續保持較好增長勢頭,並在部分產品領域取得突破:高端晶粒細化劑產品實現批量生產;航空航天用特種中間合金產品取得市場突破,實現爆發式增長。其他功能性中間合金產品在客户羣體、產品結構上進行了優化。2019年上半年功能性中間合金新材料業務銷售收入約6.72億元,同比增長17.32%,實現營業利潤8116.09萬元,歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤同比增長110.39%。
受國內汽車市場影響,訂單增速放緩,公司堅持以市場為導向,順應市場發展趨勢,積極優化客户結構,重點加大海外高端市場的開發力度,並致力於車輪輕量化的研究設計,在全球汽車工業產業鏈向發展中國家和地區轉移的大背景下,能夠抓緊機遇,在國內實現了向中高端汽車廠配套的業務市場佈局,在海外市場,完成了歐洲、北美、亞太全覆蓋的業務市場布局,報告期向寶馬、奧迪、奔馳、大眾、通用、福特、克萊斯勒、菲亞特等國際著名汽車廠商的銷售額佔車輪業務總銷售額的38.85%,較去年同期增長7.56個百分點。2019年上半年鋁合金車輪業務銷售收入約25.56億元,同比下降9.72%,但受到匯率影響,實現了營業利潤2.02億元,同比增加19.53%。
海外市場已成為新的利潤增長點,公司根據不同銷售區域制定相應銷售策略,以各區域現有客户為依託,以長期樹立的良好形象與優秀的質量表現為基礎,在維護現有客户的同時,大力開發新客户和新訂單,2019年1—6月份國際市場銷售佔車輪業務總銷售額的比例達到61.08%,比去年同期增長了7.55%個百分點。同時,公司持續優化國內市場客户結構,並充分發揮地緣優勢,圍繞京津冀關係深化市場份額,以優秀的質量表現,保障寶馬、奧迪等高端客户的穩定合作。在全國最大汽車銷售區域之一的“長三角地區”,努力爭取新項目,提升供貨比例。2019年上半年新能源客户訂單也在陸續量產,並將逐步釋放利潤。
