江蘇陽光(600220.SH)半年度淨利潤降3.99%至3974.16萬元
格隆匯8月26日丨江蘇陽光(600220.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入10.83億元，同比增長2.50%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3974.16萬元，同比下降3.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤3786.86萬元，同比增長4.65%；基本每股收益0.0223元。
為積極響應國家“一帶一路”政策，以及實施公司全球化戰略，公司2016年在埃塞俄比亞投資毛紡織染項目，設立了全資子公司Sunshine Ethiopia Wool Textile PLC(陽光埃塞俄比亞毛紡織染有限公司)。項目總投資3.5億美元，考慮到風險，從謹慎性的原則出發，分三步實施，目前在建一條生產線，包含染色、紡紗、織布、後整理等工序的產業鏈，其他分步跟進。公司積極推進該項目，截至報告期末，生產廠房、辦公樓、宿舍樓主體結構以及大部分裝修工作已完成；大部分生產設備已分批運抵埃賽俄比亞，並開始安裝調試；在埃塞當地招募的一百多名大學生已陸續完成來華培訓，並在報告期內已先後回埃塞；公司陸續派遣技術人員到埃塞工廠開始準備工作。本次境外投資可能遇到國外政治、政策、匯率、安全形勢，以及當地的法律、人文、商業環境等因素帶來的風險。
報告期內，紡織產業實現營業收入7.57億元，較上年同期增加0.42%，營業成本6.10億元，較上年同期增加3.30%，毛利率為19.36%,較上年同期減少2.25個百分點。從營業收入分析，按地區分，其中內銷實現營業收入4.49億元，較上年同期增減少1.12%，外銷實現營業收入3.08億元，較上年同期增加2.75%。
熱電產業實現營業收入3.03億元，較上年同期增加7.87%，營業成本2.30億元，較上年同期減少4.40%，毛利率為24.29%，較上年同期增加9.71個百分點。
