格隆匯8月24日丨快克股份(603203.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入2.19億元，同比增長6.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7820.14萬元，同比增長8.74%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6419.38萬元，同比增長3.37%；基本每股收益0.50元。
報告期內，公司完成的主要工作如下：
(一)助力智能終端、5G通信等微焊接工藝實現自動化，實現營業收入平穩增長
公司深耕3C消費電子、汽車電子、5G通信電子等精密電子組裝領域，在精密焊接、點膠塗覆、螺絲鎖付、搬運移載、視覺檢測等工藝環節的自動化、智能化方面有深厚的技術積澱和豐富的應用案例積累。隨着智能終端產品日益微小、輕薄、集成，工藝標準也隨之提升，自動化智能裝備的應用優勢凸顯。公司持續針對多樣的應用工藝需求予以迭代，不斷拓展HOTBAR焊接技術的可適用場景和範圍，報告期內已獲得更豐富的實際應用案例。採用成熟的HOTBAR焊接工藝、精準的壓力和温度閉環控制，電腦編程控制工業機器人、PLC、載具等執行機構完成FPC的微小焊接、分揀不良品等工序，同時完成生產數據採集與MES系統對接，一站式自動化精密組裝解決方案，近二十條生產線助力某客户實現新品量產。基於激光焊接技術，公司針對5G通信行業特定產品的焊接工序進行了應用創新開發，形成高效、穩定的可複製推廣的工藝自動化解決方案，激光錫焊設備和選擇性波峯焊報告期內在5G通信和汽車電子零部件廠商獲得了更多的市場機會。
報告期內，實現營業收入2.19億元，較上年同期增長6.21%。
(二)緊抓研發創新及知識產權管理，增強發展後勁
公司始終視技術研發、科技創新為公司發展後勁的動力源泉，而將其擺在比較突出的位置，報告期內公司研發支出投入1589.49萬元，較上年同期增長21.86%，佔當期營業收入的7.26%。
公司在激光錫球焊接、旋轉式送料氣吹吸螺絲鎖付機構、在PCB板上焊線的夾緊裝置等方面取得技術突破，報告期內獲得授權專利49項；公司在軟件開發方面持續發力，報告期內在激光錫絲焊系統、激光噴錫焊系統、精密點膠控制系統、螺絲供料控制系統等方面升級軟件版本，取得軟件著作權8項。
(三)募投項目取得階段性進展
公司首次公開發行股份募集資金投資項目“研發中心項目”於報告期內基本完成建設並達到預定可使用狀態，於2019年5月20日召開的2018年年度股東大會審議通過了《關於部分募集資金投資項目結項並將節餘募集資金永久補充流動資金的議案》，公司對研發中心項目結項後的節餘募集資金（實際餘額以資金轉出時專户餘額為準）全部用於永久性補充公司流動資金，用於日常經營活動。
募集資金投資項目“智能化精密錫焊設備項目”的2#廠房及配套中心用房已於報告期內建設完成並達到預定可使用狀態，相關設備和設施的購建在進行中。
