格隆匯8月20日丨中興商業(000715.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約13.74億元，同比增長7.71%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約8835.67萬元，同比增長121.61%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約5634.43萬元，同比增長33.32%；基本每股收益0.32元；擬每10股轉增4.9股。
2019年上半年，中興商業面臨發展進程中的重大歷史性變革，進入了一個嶄新的歷史發展時期。儘管外部環境更加複雜嚴峻，經濟下行壓力加大，公司積極對標控股股東方大集團靈活高效、市場化的體制機制和精細化管理理念，幹部員工積極轉換觀念、更新思維，狠抓經營管理，全方位推動各項管理制度落實，呈現出強勁的發展勢頭。
(1)對標先進，快速融入方大管理理念
自 4月10日混改以來，公司上下全面對標學習方大集團，全體幹部員工迅速轉變思想觀念，改進工作作風，強化目標導向、問題導向、責任導向、結果導向，堅持最高標準、最大力度，快速處理目前企業存在的突出問題。
學習和借鑑方大集團關愛員工、激勵員工的理念、政策和制度，積極推動八大福利政策落地，企業改革成果惠及員工，尤其是員工工資上漲50%，極大地調動了員工的工作積極性，增強了員工的幸福感、榮譽感和自豪感。
紮實推進制度建設工作，依法依規治企，為提高各部門工作質量提供有效保障，同時為部門間明確責任、加強管理提供協調作用。
(2)創新發展，不斷推動經營能力升級
結合市場形勢和需求變化進一步優化品類組合與品牌結構，完善環境設施，強化經營管理，全力促銷擴銷，並取得較好的經營成果。
積極推進中興太原街店升級改造項目建設，向“百貨型購物中心”轉型升級，工程施工、品牌招商、設計等工作有序進行。升級改造完成後，中興太原街店的吸客聚客能力、互動消費體驗及時尚度、潮流度都將邁上一個全新的高度。
(3)簡政放權，經營主體運營效能提升
確立“一切以經營工作為中心，以後勤服務一線為導向”的工作方針，按照責、權、利相統一的原則，經營工作給予賣區更大的經營自主權，極大地調動經營一線的積極性，工作熱情空前高漲；重新梳理各項工作流程，更好更快地為企業日常工作服務。
混改以來，方大集團為公司帶來了充分競爭意識和市場化的運營理念，公司借鑑集團先進的管理理念，不斷強化內部管理的科學化、規範化、程序化建設，管理制度日益完善，崗位職責更加明確，任務分工更加科學細緻，監督考核更加嚴格規範；加強財務預算管理和合同管理，防範經營風險，全方位堵塞跑冒滴漏；繼續加強上市公司內控管理，持續推進內控工作的細化落實，促進工作效能全面提升。
