東軟集團(600718.SH)半年度淨利潤降77.38%至2577.96萬元
格隆匯8月23日丨東軟集團(600718.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入29.26億元，同比增長5.17%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤2577.96萬元，同比下降77.38%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損2722.04萬元；基本每股收益0.02元。
公司所屬的軟件和信息技術服務業是全球研發投入最集中、創新最活躍、應用最廣泛、輻射帶動作用最大的領域之一。隨着5G、大數據、人工智能、工業互聯網、車聯網等新一代信息技術的發展應用，軟件和信息技術服務業迎來更加廣闊的發展空間，在推動經濟高質量發展中發揮更為重要的作用。
如果將報告期內和去年同期同時扣除東軟醫療系統股份有限公司(“東軟醫療”)、東軟熙康控股有限公司(“熙康”)、北京東軟望海科技有限公司(“東軟望海”)、東軟睿馳汽車技術(上海)有限公司(“東軟睿馳”)、融盛財產保險股份有限公司(“融盛財險”)等創新業務公司對公司淨利潤的影響後，同口徑下，公司主營業務實現的歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降18.91%。
公司報告期內整體收入保持增長，利潤下降，主要原因包括：一、公司以原有主營業務為基礎和平台，通過軟件、技術與垂直行業深度融合，在“大醫療健康”、“大汽車”等板塊構造的東軟醫療、熙康、東軟望海、東軟睿馳、融盛財險等創新公司，基於自身發展需要繼續加大研發和市場投入力度，報告期內東軟睿馳、融盛財險等公司的經營業績虧損加大，對上市公司業績構成相應的負向影響；二、受國內國際經濟局勢影響，部分項目出現一定程度的延後；三、公司面向核心業務的研發和市場投入持續加大，其中費用化研發投入同比增長13.53%。
從業務內涵看，公司近年持續加大戰略性投入的成效進一步顯現。報告期內，公司在人工智能、雲計算、物聯網、區塊鏈、大數據等戰略方向上取得了積極的成果，作為人工智能開源軟件發展聯盟副理事長單位、安全可靠工作委員會理事單位、中國區塊鏈生態聯盟副理事長單位、中國信息通信研究院可信區塊鏈推進計劃理事會理事成員單位，牽頭和參與了多項標準的制定，行業地位不斷鞏固和提升。公司基於感知融智參考架構以及SaCa X行業雲平台，對內提供開發的雲環境與雲平台，對外提供SaaS雲服務，將原有優勢雲化，目前已推出雲HIS、人社醫保平台、醫藥雲、環保雲、睿雲、平台雲、黨建雲、雲護航等覆蓋醫療、社保、政務、教育等領域的多個雲產品和雲服務。同時，公司軟件產品與服務不斷創新迭代，報告期內，發佈雲HIS Plu產品並正式上線運營；發佈東軟智能出行產品，一機四屏智能座艙正式量產；發佈基於中台戰略的Newsroom融媒體平台；SaCa EchoTrust區塊鏈應用平台產品在區塊鏈溯源領域的技術研發正式落地；區塊鏈技術已在訂單及合同管理、慈善、保險、溯源、智能醫療、存證等領域開展實踐。
