中鋼天源(002057.SZ)發佈半年報 淨利潤升9.43%至7724.27萬元
格隆匯8月23日丨中鋼天源(002057.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約6.75億元，同比增長8.58%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約7724.27萬元，同比增長9.43%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約6564.13萬元，同比增長8.70%；基本每股收益0.1343元。
2019年上半年，全球經濟雖然總體保持一定程度的增長，但不確定不穩定因素明顯增多，經濟增長後續乏力。國內宏觀經濟運行總體平穩、穩中有進，在美國極限施壓的情況下，主要經濟指標均保持在合理區間，體現了我國經濟巨大的韌性、潛力和迴旋餘地，但依然存在下行壓力。受國際市場動盪和國內新舊動能轉換等因素影響，公司經營壓力增大。
報告期內，公司在黨建引領下重點做好以下六個方面工作：一是緊抓市場不放鬆，金屬製品板塊積極開拓華東華南市場並取得了穩步進展；檢測業務較去年同期大幅提升，圍繞“一帶一路”承接了印尼、老撾等國家的部分檢測業務；四氧化三錳重點開拓電池行業市場，銷量較去年大幅上漲；鐵氧體和釹鐵硼產品銷售深耕白家電大客户市場；9-芴酮產品歐美市場訂單大幅度增加，市場佔有率已達到細分市場的60%以上；選礦設備重點開拓了水泥行業；冶金檢測裝備中常規檢測產品已逐漸打開市場，形成穩定收入。二是按進度推進項目建設，年產4000噸高性能永磁鐵氧體器件項目、1萬噸高品質金屬製品產業升級項目、芴酮材料生產線及冶金檢測生產線項目等項目按計劃推進。三是大力開展資本運營相關工作，收購了銅仁金瑞26.5%股權，並積極推進其他工作。四是員工持股計劃順利實施完成，振奮了員工士氣。五是積極推進科研創新工作，南京研究院創新平台建設有序推進，確定了14個公司科研經費重點支持項目。六是繼續夯實基礎管理工作，全方位深入推進資金管理、國際化經營、人力資源管理、內部控制、品牌建設與形象提升、信息化管理、安全環保管理等工作。
