格隆匯8月23日丨東土科技(300353.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約3.15億元，同比下降14.40%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.47億元，同比增長369.16%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨虧損約6703.03萬元；基本每股收益0.2848元。
2019年上半年，公司實現營業收入約3.15億元，比上年同期下降14.40%，主要原因為受客户需求影響，公司訂單交付不及預期，但公司2019年上半年共新增合同訂單金額約5.30億元，同比增長8.46%，報告期末在手待執行訂單金額約6.74億元，為公司未來的營收增長打下了良好的基礎。公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.47億元，主要原因為公司參股公司上海瀚訊首次公開發行上市，公司所持股份形成了公允價值變動收益；公司實現歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤-6703.03萬元，主要原因為營業收入下降，國產化產品持續研發投入、人力成本和利息支出增加，同時因子公司東土華盛2019年引入員工持股平台形成股份支付費用843.57萬元。
公司積極參加行業活動，持續加強與行業峯會、論壇的合作，報告期內，公司共舉辦或參加近20場國內市場活動、8場海外市場活動，踴躍拓展海內外市場；同時採用線上線下媒體全方位推廣的方式，吸引主流媒體的主動報道，進一步提高公司市場宣傳力度、增強品牌影響力。
技術研發能力一直是公司核心競爭力的保證，公司在報告期內按照既定計劃進行研發投入，擴充研發人員隊伍，有針對性地引進高端人才，提升研發效率。公司同時加強整合各子公司研發團隊力量，及時開發出滿足市場需求的新產品，鞏固和保持公司在應用行業中的技術優勢。為適應快速發展的產品和技術需求，報告期內公司持續研發投入，共投入金額約8566.33萬元，同比增長16.35%。
報告期內，公司延續了相對穩健的銀行債務融資規模，繼續加強信用體系建設，截至報告期末，公司及子公司在各銀行取得的授信額度為約6.43億元。公司繼續積極推行集團公司內部財務管理平台化。另一方面，公司繼續推行內控管理制度統一標準建設，健全新增子公司的內控管理體系。公司將加強對集團各公司資金的協同管理，充分挖掘集團內部資金使用效率，加強內部資金融通，發揮集團優勢，降低總體融資成本。
