中持股份(603903.SH)上半年營收降18%至4.4億元
格隆匯8月23日丨中持股份(603903.SH)公佈2019上半年業績，公司實現營收4.4億元，同比下降18%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4536.96萬元，同比下降21.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤4465.73萬元，同比下降18.76%。
公司以“技術領先、客户體驗、合作伙伴”為發展原則，圍繞年度經營目標，重視區域經營，2019年上半年取得了穩健的經營業績。“穩健經營、健康發展”戰略成果初現，通過嚴格管控新獲取業務質量，經營活動和投資活動產生的現金流均顯著改善，經營質量明顯提高。非運營項目在手訂單額超過7億元，其中約40%為工業類項目，預計將為2019年下半年及2020年公司業績持續作出貢獻；在建運營項目日均設計處理規模超過20萬噸，項目建成並投入運營後，將顯著提升公司整體運營規模，有助於公司運營服務業務進一步發揮規模效應，併為公司帶來持續穩定的收入。
2019年上半年，河南區域先後獲得湯陰縣農村“廁所革命”2018年78個村建設工程施工採購運營總承包項目、原陽縣產業集聚區污水處理廠建設工程（EPC）項目、息縣第三污水處理廠建設項目一標段（EPC總承包）等多個重要項目，鞏固公司在河南區域的優勢，強化區域龍頭地位，同時帶來了農村綜合環境治理業務領域的突破。
在內部發展方面，公司進一步完善經營佈局、加強建設，增加區域的經營力量，構建本地化、專業化的團隊，吸引優秀人才，引進新的團隊力量。通過區域市場拓展和團隊協同合作，取得烏魯木齊市河東污水處理廠及再生水項目改擴建工程PPP項目，實現西北區域優質水資產業務突破，公司將以此項目為標杆，進一步推動公司在西北區域各項業務的多元發展。
在外部合作方面，公司積極需求合作伙伴，通過與區域相關領域龍頭企業合作，獲得新鄉縣綜合污水處理廠項目，此項目採用EPC+O模式，是公司經營模式的新嘗試。此外，公司積極與科研機構合作，參與課題研究，公司新承擔十三五水專項“京津冀地下水污染特徵識別與系統防治研究”課題等多個課題。同時，公司積極與行業協會合作，參與行業展覽、會議等，學習交流，推廣企業價值。
