北京科鋭(002350.SZ)上半年營收降8.9%至10.23億元
格隆匯8月23日丨北京科鋭(002350.SZ)公佈2019上半年業績,公司實現營業收入10.23億元,同比下降8.90%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1079.05萬元,同比下降70.36%。
公司上半年發貨速度同比稍緩以及產品結構變化導致毛利率下降是公司淨利潤下滑的主要原因,隨着後續中標合同轉化成執行合同的增加將導致發貨速度加快,同時加快一二次融合的產品結構調整,將成為後續淨利率提升的關鍵所在。
在公司配電製造業務方面: 報告期內,公司各類業務發展情況如下:開關類產品銷售收入5.43億元,同比下降23.92%,毛利率22.52%,同比下降2.57個百分點。報告期內,南方電網公司招標量較上年同期大幅減少,公司開關類產品中標合同額減少及中標價格略有降低,產品單位成本上升,銷售收入、毛利率下降。箱變類產品銷售收入2.46億元,同比增長19.49%,毛利率19.38%,同比上升3.44個百分點。目前公司箱變類產品中標合同額及中標價格有所提升,並且公司已將部分生產線遷移至鄭州生產基地以節約成本,提升毛利水平,相比前幾年毛利率一路走低的趨勢,去年開始毛利水平持續回升。自動化類產品銷售收入7318.92萬元,同比下降15.92%;毛利率16.11%,同比下降23.96個百分點。因報告期內南方電網公司招標量較上年同期大幅減少,公司開關類產品中標合同額相應減少,與開關類產品配套的自動化類產品銷售收入及生產規模相應減少,不能發揮規模效應,單位成本上升導致毛利率大幅下降。附件及其他產品收入1.38億元,同比增長45.79%,毛利率29.67%,同比上升2.98個百分點。報告期內,公司收購控股股東北京科鋭北方科技發展有限公司持有的普樂新能源(蚌埠)有限公司50.59%股權,為同一控制下企業合併,其他產品收入增加主要系子公司普樂新能源(蚌埠)有限公司、河南科鋭開新電力有限公司收入增加。
報告期內,公司堅持以電網市場與電網外市場並重的原則,採取以國網促南網,網外促網內策略,整合資源繼續優化管理模式和團隊建設。報告期內,在電網市場方面,面對市場競爭的加劇,公司營銷系統積極應對招標規則與招標價格的變化,繼續採取提升團隊意識、危機意識及應變能力、優化流程等多項措施,在國網27個省市電力公司招標項目中中標26個包,在近3000家中標企業中排名前20,在民營企業中排名名列前茅。在電網外市場方面,公司通過設立用户工程專門管理機構,組建專職隊伍,嘗試多種專業化管理模式,明確目標市場,使電網外市場得到進一步開拓。報告期內,公司新籤用户工程合同2.24億元,同比增長11%,優化了合同來源,進一步分散了單一依靠兩網集中招標的風險。
