中原高速(600020.SH)半年度淨利潤升41%至8.59億元
格隆匯8月23日丨中原高速(600020.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入32.69億元，同比增長20.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤8.59億元，同比增長41%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8.13億元，同比增長33.16%；基本每股收益0.3382元。
運營管理成效顯著。1.收費管理規範有序。認真落實河南省高速公路兩個地方標準，進一步規範收費服務行為及操作流程；啟動中原高速收費綜合信息系統建設；深入開展“百日颶風”專項行動，重點治理客車“大車小標”等逃漏費行為；鄭開分公司在金明服務區建立綠色通道驗貨站，每輛綠通車輛驗貨時間由原來的十五分鐘縮短到五分鐘。
2.機電運維高效運行。加快各重點專項工程的推進；加強機電維護、限時修復、運營監管等業務。鄭州分公司始祖山隧道機電設施綜合管控平台被寫進2019年度重點隧道國檢報告。
3.道路環境安全暢通。印發了《中原高速實施路產管理工作專項考核的通知》；開通了路產賠（補）償電子支付功能；完成了惡劣天氣、節假日、拜祖大典等重大活動期間的安全保通任務；鄭州分公司岐伯山收費站打造了全國首創入口治超不停車系統、全國首例入口治超AR實景指揮系統。
4.路橋狀況不斷改善。持續開展高速公路大氣污染防治及揚塵污染治理專項工作；在主汛期前完成了水毀隱患修復，確保安全度汛。積極開展路橋專項處治，優化設計方案，全面提升了路橋技術狀況和路容路貌。平頂山分公司使用無人機開啟了養護巡察“天眼”模式。
5.服務區業務平穩推進。改善硬件設施，提升了服務區整體形象；航空港服務區對超市實現掃碼功能，推出了綠城通刷卡消費。
6.多元經營增收創效。加強對控股子公司的管控，開展子公司風險防控專項審計，目前，控股公司、參股公司經營穩健、運行平穩。
7.融資渠道不斷拓展。制定詳細的融資方案，確保資金的及時到位和到期貸款的順利置換；立足精準融資，縮短資金滯留時間，減少存量資金，降低財務費用；與金融機構充分溝通，抓住低利率窗口期融資，確保公司借款利率為行業同期最低。
8.項目建設進展順利。目前各項目的竣工驗收工作均取得新進展。
