格隆匯8月22日丨法爾勝(000890.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約7.66億元，同比下降22.74%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損約8660.46萬元，上年同期為盈利4344.16萬元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損約8667.58萬元，上年同期為盈利4349.24萬元；基本每股虧損0.2281元。
報告期內，公司商業保理業務出現的客户違約風險，給公司整體的穩健經營造成了較大不利影響。公司在全面分析外部環境影響及內部資源狀況等因素的基礎之上，及時調整經營策略，謹慎決策、積極應對，努力消化各種不利因素，積極化解商業保理業務風險，調優金屬製品業務結構，在十分不利情況下，保障了公司的穩定經營。
(一)主要經營指標實現情況
報告期內，受公司商業保理業務降低存量業務規模、強化風險控制，以及金屬製品業務調控產能、優化產品結構的影響，公司實現營業收入約7.66億元，同比下降22.74%。實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤-8660.46萬元，主要是由於摩山保理因轉讓其對廣東中誠實業控股有限公司及其相關方的債權，計提信用減值損失9804.74萬元，對公司報告期的業績產生了重大影響。
(二)報告期內的主要經營舉措
1、報告期內，公司商業保理業務的重點工作主要是保障資金兑付和強化風險控制。由於市場融資環境變化，摩山保理融資壓力增大，融資成本上升、盈利能力下滑。摩山保理通過重點推進定向融資工具融資方式，保障了前期融資的安全兑付。報告期內，部分客户出現了違約情況，部分客户出現違約，公司積極調整經營策略，嚴格控制商業保理存量業務規模，審慎開展新業務，加強現有客户風險排查。對已經違約的客户，積極通過司法手段加快處置，努力降低風險、減小損失，全力維護公司利益。鑑於外部環境和公司內部情況，報告期內公司重點強化已有股權類業務的投後管理，未投資新項目。報告期內，摩山保理完成營業收入約3.50億元，實現淨利潤-8100.34萬元。
2、報告期內，公司金屬製品業務營業收入較上年同期下降17.68%，營業成本較上年同期下降22.54%，毛利率同比上升5.86%。公司主要通過以下舉措保持業務穩定：一是加大環保投入、落實節能減排。繼續新增環保設施、改進生產工藝、加強責任考核，保障企業可持續發展。二是根據市場情況變化調整市場策略，合理調控產能規模、控制生產成本、提升盈利能力。三是立足市場，推動產品產業結構升級優化，提高產品質量，保持企業持續競爭力。
3、公司繼續加強內部管理。各子公司努力進行管理模式的探索和優化，不斷提升裝備自動化和信息化水平，持續推行精細化管理和對標管理，優化運作流程，深化成本管控，提高經營效率。
4、公司繼續推進內部控制規範工作，按照中國證監會、深圳證券交易所、財政部《關於上市公司內部控制指引》等相關規定，全面開展內控體系建設工作，完善管理制度和業務流程。
