通達動力(002576.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升61.01%至1505.00萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨通達動力(002576.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約6.40億元，同比增長17.49%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1505.00萬元，同比增長61.01%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1355.35萬元，同比增長71.52%；基本每股收益0.0912元。
2018年受國際貿易戰影響，工業電機的出口訂單受到一定程度影響。目前，因國家風電政策重新規劃佈局，國內風電市場飽和度較高。出口風電比例也得到大幅度的提升，總體出口同比上漲。同時新能源市場份額不斷增加，伺服電機市場得到重大突破，公司產品結構發生較大調整。
對外，公司根據市場行情的變化，積極調整營銷策略，向新能源汽車驅動電機、伺服電機、高效電機領域發展，與國內外主流電機企業建立戰略合作關係，以大部件全供應鏈為導向增強客户粘性，進一步擴大市場份額，提升企業在行業中的影響力；對內，公司內部不斷提升科研和創新能力，通過模具、工藝、自動化輔助、管理創新等多維度創新，實施符合通達發展的、高效的運營模式，為客户提供從模具到定轉子鐵芯加工再到電機定轉子製造等全方位配套服務，強化內部管控，提升公司整體管理水平。
公司在定轉子業務本部持續執行“市場國際化、管理信息化、生產自動化”三大發展戰略，提升技術等軟實力的同時，為緩解傳統產業經營壓力做出了積極貢獻：
（1)市場發展方面：通過近年來多方的努力和戰略性規劃，營銷市場已形成工業高效電機、新能源汽車電機和風電市場穩健發展的良好態勢。其中新能源汽車客户近年取得突破性進展，自2017年成功開發國內具代表性的新能源汽車客户，標誌着通達公司已經從提供電機鐵芯的整車製造廠商二級供應商成為一級供應商。
(2)質量技術方面：①通過模具的改良優化生產工藝，提升生產效率；②加速自動化推廣和迭代，目前公司部分工序的自動化設備已實現廣泛應用，大大提升了原材料使用率、質量穩定性，整體生產效率也得到了提升。
(3)內部管理方面：人力資源管理，通過人員供求預測與供求平衡分析，通過多渠道招聘方式，適時進行人員補充，保證生產和公司運營所需人員供給；主動關注管理團隊人才梯隊儲備，組織落實儲備幹部培養計劃，給團隊注入了活力和新鮮血液。資金管理與財務風險管控，通過專業的財務管理，保證了公司的資金高效利用率，規範了財務運作。
