馳宏鋅鍺(600497.SH)半年度淨利潤降4.69%至6.97億元
格隆匯8月22日丨馳宏鋅鍺(600497.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入97.43億元，同比下降5.78%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.97億元，同比下降4.69%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.60億元，同比下降9.18%；基本每股收益0.137元。
2019年上半年，全球格局異動、貿易爭端波折不斷，國內經濟下行壓力較大、增速放緩，鉛鋅終端消費疲軟，鉛鋅價格雙雙走低。鋅價衝高回落，均價較上年同期大幅下跌，精礦加工費快速走高，冶煉利潤得以改善。鉛價重心下移，波動趨緩。面對複雜的市場環境和激烈的行業競爭，公司緊緊圍繞“講政治、融大局、強對標、增價值”的年度主題，將“提指標、降成本、增效益”貫穿工作始終，科學應對錯綜複雜的外部形勢，堅持對內抓好生產運營，對外爭取政策支持，生產經營穩中向好，為企業的高質量發展奠定了堅實基礎。
2019年公司計劃產出精礦含鉛鋅金屬35萬噸，精煉鉛鋅總量47.23萬噸，其中：鋅錠29.7萬噸、鋅合金8萬噸、鉛錠9.53萬噸。計劃產出鍺產品含鍺38噸。計劃產出銀產品90噸。
報告期實際產出鉛鋅金屬量16.59萬噸，其中，鉛金屬量4.37萬噸，鋅金屬量12.22萬噸。鉛鋅精煉產品實際完成23.54萬噸，其中，鉛錠3.93萬噸、鉛基合金0.047萬噸；鋅錠14.17萬噸、鋅合金5.39萬噸。實際產出鍺產品含鍺23.94噸，銀產品10.76噸。
報告期內，公司嚴格履行安全生產職責，抓牢安全風險防控，安全生產形勢整體可控，為公司持續健康發展提供堅實保障。環境保護方面，通過強化責任落實，加強排查整治，突出源頭防控、過程監管、末端治理等措施，實現突發環境事件為零；廢水、廢氣外排污染物達標率100%；固廢處置合規率100%；主要污染物和特徵污染物排放總量控制在許可範圍內；未受到政府各類行政處罰，環保目標順利完成。
