豫能控股(001896.SZ)半年度業績扭虧為盈至2766.01萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨豫能控股(001896.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約37.22億元，同比下降3.33%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2766.01萬元，上年同期虧損3.12億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約730.99萬元；基本每股收益0.0240元。
2019年上半年，公司堅持黨建領航，深入開展“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育，以高質量黨建引領公司高質量發展，各項工作有序推進，企業實現扭虧為盈，競爭力穩步增強。截至報告期末，公司總資產211.49億元，歸屬於母公司淨資產57.19億元。
(一)火電經營方面
2019年上半年，河南省電力市場供給充沛、需求增速放緩，電煤價格高位波動，市場交易電量競爭逐漸迴歸理性，省內燃煤發電企業經營情況較上年好轉。在煤價持續高位運行、市場競爭日趨激烈、環保標準不斷提高等嚴峻的形勢下，公司密切關注政策形勢變化，堅持問題導向，着力化解經營不利因素。大力開展電量營銷工作，注重增量用户爭取，控股火電企業完成發電量109.05億千瓦時，同比增加13.88%，爭取年度市場交易電量103.02億千瓦時，同比增長30.99%，市場交易電價同比上升約11.40%，供熱量同比增長49.09%。燃料管理實行關鍵指標的倒逼機制，強化對標管理，有效地降本增效，燃料單位成本同比下降8.51%。
(二)項目發展方面
報告期內，公司認真落實國家能源產業政策，促進煤電高效、清潔、可持續發展。以優化調整結構、提升發展質量為重點，構建多能互補的綜合能源服務體系。煤炭物流產業佈局初步完成，圍繞“物流基礎設施投資、物流業務集成、物流資源整合”三大環節開展業務，推進集裝箱多式聯運和鐵路物流等服務。新能源項目建設加快步伐，已核准項目同步推進。着力檢修後市場開發，物資平台搭建初步完成。供熱業務加強與地方政府溝通，提出售電、供熱、服務等一攬子服務方案，尋求利潤增長點。
(三)管理提升方面
報告期內，公司嚴格遵守《公司法》、《證券法》等法律法規和《公司章程》等相關規定，認真貫徹落實股東大會、董事會各項決策部署。積極推動信息化建設、智慧電廠建設，提高管理的規範化、標準化水平。成本費用管理樹立過“緊日子”的思想，嚴格預算執行，強化經濟技術指標管理。強化工作落實考核，制定了電量、燃料、安全、財務四個專項工作考核辦法，細化量化指標管控，實行即時考核預警，有效地轉變工作作風，提升工作和運轉效率。深入開展安全雙重預防體系建設和風險分析管控、隱患排查治理，安全環保生產形勢保持平穩。
