棒傑股份(002634.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降42.35%至882.47萬元
格隆匯8月22日丨棒傑股份(002634.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入2.19億元，同比增長20.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約882.47萬元，同比下降42.35%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約894.55萬元，同比下降38.34%；基本每股收益0.02元。
報告期內，全球經濟增長依舊疲軟，國際貿易緊張局勢升級，國內外紡織服裝行業市場競爭激烈，我國服裝行業整體出口面臨較大壓力。據中國海關總署相關數據，今年上半年全國紡織品服裝累計出口總額1,242.3億美元，同比下降2.37%，其中，紡織品累計出口額586.2億美元，同比增長0.66%，服裝累計出口額656.1億美元，同比下降4.93%。下半年國際經濟貿易形勢依舊複雜，中美貿易摩擦充滿變數，同時公司仍需面對匯率波動、生產要素成本上升、環保管控愈嚴、國際競爭更加激烈等方面的風險。
報告期內，公司繼續堅持無縫服裝的主營業務，董事會組織和領導全體員工繼續以市場為導向，努力開發新產品和新技術，在鞏固與現有客户良好關係的基礎上，積極開發優質新客户，穩步推進完善產業鏈相關工作，提高無縫服裝主營業務的市場競爭力，鞏固在無縫服裝行業的領軍企業地位。同時公司也在不斷加強戰略規劃能力、提升品牌價值，完善內控建設、嚴控經營風險、儲備技術人才，增強企業核心競爭力，拓展業務範圍，有序推進轉型過程中的各項工作，保持企業發展後勁。
報告期內，公司全面貫徹落實各項內部控制制度，積極進行合規性建設，規範三會運作機制，強化內部信息傳遞機制和外部信息披露機制，進一步明確了公司及子公司之間的定位和權責關係，強化公司集團化職能管理水平。根據公司發展戰略規劃和經營發展需要，公司第四屆董事會第十三次會議和2019年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於變更公司名稱的議案》，同意公司將名稱變更為“浙江棒傑控股集團股份有限公司”。報告期內，公司完成了相關工商變更登記手續，並取得了浙江省市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。
報告期內，為了進一步維護投資者利益，切實推進和實施股份回購，公司第四屆董事會第十五次會議和2019年第二次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於調整回購公司股份方案的議案》，對2018年第二次臨時股東大會審議通過的回購公司股份方案進行調整，並調整股東大會授權董事會辦理本次股份回購相關事宜以配合本次調整回購公司股份事項。報告期內，公司有序推進實施了股份回購相關工作，截止本報告期末，公司累計通過回購專用證券賬户以集中競價交易方式回購公司股份約318.98萬股，約佔目前公司總股本的0.6919%，最高成交價為6.00元/股，最低成交價為5.69元/股，支付總金額為約1888.99萬元(不含交易費用)。
