格隆匯8月22日丨中國船舶(600150.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告,實現營業收入97.73億元,同比增長27.95%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4517.62萬元,同比下降78.29%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損8339.62萬元;基本每股收益0.033元。

上半年,公司優化戰略目標、調整產業佈局、強化經營管理,造船業務承接新船訂單753.90萬載重噸。修船業務上,中船澄西牢牢抓住市場機遇,密切跟蹤市場行情,承接合同金額8.74億元,完成年計劃的128.46%。動力業務上,滬東重機上半年承接柴油機84196.40萬馬力,功率數完成年計劃的47.90%。機電設備業務上,公司承接機電設備合同金額8.93億元。

6月底,公司累計手持造船訂單761103.66萬載重噸,累計手持修船合同金額4.70元;累計手持柴油機訂單181313.31萬馬力。

上半年,公司完工交付船舶21333.00萬載重噸,噸位數完成年計劃的55.68%;完成修船1095.73億元,產值完成年計劃的78.52%;柴油機完工93185.34萬馬力,功率數完成年計劃的48.41%;實現機電設備產值6.00億元。重點產品方面,外高橋造船40萬噸VLOC109.9K輪、CJ50自升式平台、中船澄西8.2萬噸散貨船成功交付,滬東重機W7X62B主機順利通過型式認可試驗、承製的滬東中華長興造船廠區VOC治理項目成功交付。

面對低迷的船舶市場,公司及所屬企業要精心策劃好下半年經營工作,“把握市場、立足長遠”,要以百折不撓的精神,把握好宏觀經濟形勢和發展趨勢,制定有針對性的經營策略和應對措施,奮力實現經營接單突破,為全面完成年度目標任務不懈努力。船舶修造方面,要穩步推進主建船型定位工作,全力做好主建船型項目的市場營銷,堅持品牌發展戰略,突出優勢,圍繞好望角型散貨船、阿芙拉蘇伊士油船、VLCC、超大型箱船,瀝青船、化學品船等主力船型,確保傳統品牌強勢地位;以市場需求為導向,通過創新驅動繼續引領民船市場,同時加快主建和拓展船型承接,堅持“三位一體”方針,持續加大主建船型批量經營接單,擴大市場份額。逐步介入國際海事新規範規則制訂更新,從被動適應向提前預判、參與制定、主導制定轉變,搶佔行業話語權。

修船方面上,面對生產資源緊張的局面,要緊盯年度目標,調整營銷策略,要有選擇性承接油輪、LPG船、化學品船等高附加值、高產值的優質訂單,全力承接轉運改裝、自卸船、橙汁船改裝等項目。

動力業務要優化產品結構積極拓展低速機動力集成打包業務,繼續擴大集成業務範疇,力推四機一爐等項目的訂單突破,持續提升承接訂單總量,促進單機經濟增加值總量提升,全力實現公司年度任務目標。
