格隆匯8月21日丨正業科技(300410.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約5.54億元，同比下降20.47%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約4019.06萬元，同比下降64.99%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約3377.75萬元，同比下降67.95%；基本每股收益0.09元。
正業科技是智能檢測和智能製造整體解決方案提供商，主要面向PCB、鋰電、液晶面板等行業提供智能檢測和智能製造整體解決方案等產品和服務，在電子信息產業領域被市場廣泛認可，目前已發展成為多個行業細分領域的龍頭企業，市場覆蓋全球數十個國家和地區，矢志成為全球領先的智能檢測和智能製造整體解決方案提供商。公司2019年上半年主要生產經營情況如下：
受2019年上半年製造業宏觀環境整體偏弱，下游行業的設備投資滯緩，公司新研發產品導入市場需一定時間的客户適應驗證期，以及智能製造整體解決方案的大額訂單需較長時間落地等因素的影響，公司2019年上半年實現營業收入約5.54億元，業績有所下滑。同時，公司加大研發投入及完善激勵機制，研發費用、股權激勵攤銷費用等較去年同期增加，淨利潤同比下降。
報告期內，公司PCB智能檢測業務實現營業收入9589.28萬元。在線智能檢測設備成為公司PCB業務的主要業績貢獻點，如自動線寬測量儀、在線銅厚檢查機、在線板厚測量儀等智能檢測設備，正規模化取代手動離線檢測設備，逐漸成為中高端線路板廠商的標配檢測設備；字符噴印系列設備通過持續技術攻關，設備性能得到大幅提升，實現規模化銷售可期；自動化裁切系列和高端激光設備系列產品在改型改進後，正加快市場推廣力度，特別是強化與行業頭部客户的深度合作，為客户在提升產品良率和加工效率的同時，降低對國外高端激光產品的依賴。與此同時，基於5G新技術的發展，公司與哈爾濱工業大學合作攻關應用於高端線路板材的超快激光核心技術，與深南電路合作開發IC載板新型激光成型工藝設備等。
報告期內，公司液晶模組智能檢測及自動化業務在國內外市場同步發力，主要為客户提供全貼合、COF設備、背光模組等自動化產線，半年度內實現營業收入18419.97萬元。報告期內，公司加大力度研發OLED後端生產線、TL-BL全貼合自動組裝線、FOP及其他高端定製機、全自動背光組裝機等項目，預計下半年訂單實現恢復性增長。
報告期內，公司鋰電智能檢測業務實現營業收入5263.06萬元，實現了在動力電池領域X光檢測設備批量銷售的突破；並通過橫向發展實現X-RAY檢測向整線及智能解決方案的拓展。目前，公司重點開發CATL、比亞迪、億緯鋰能、孚能等客户，面向長城汽車、蔚來汽車、恆大汽車等新能源汽車終端客户，自年中以來，鋰電智能檢測設備加快了出貨步伐。同時，為了拓展多年積累的X光技術應用領域，公司組建團隊擬將X光核心技術導入到半導體檢測領域。
報告期內，公司的智能製造信息集成業務實現營業收入2085.98萬元，同比增長153.71%，毛利率同比增長13.44%。FPC功能性膜材料實現營業收入3262.89萬元，同比增長51.54%
