晨曦航空(300581.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升240.66%至1645.65萬元
格隆匯8月21日丨晨曦航空(300581.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約8204.28萬元，同比增長54.93%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1645.65萬元，同比增長240.66%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約849.14萬元，同比增長154.96%；基本每股收益0.10元。
報告期內，公司堅持既定的發展戰略和目標，各項經營計劃有序開展。經營情況保持穩定，經營模式未發生重大變化。上半年公司營業收入8204.28萬元，較上年同期5295.43萬元上升54.93%；利潤總額1872.70萬元，較上年同期511.66萬元上升266.01%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1645.65萬元，較上年同期483.08萬元上升240.66%。主要原因一方面是公司上年同期因客户採購計劃調整而延期交付的產品已在本期陸續交付驗收；另一方面公司依據財政部、國家税務總局下發的免徵增值税清單，經西安高新區國家税務總局核准通過後可享受增值税抵繳下期税款的政策，報告期增值税抵税金額總計701.23萬元；從而使得公司上半年的業績較上年同期顯著上升。
報告期內，公司航空慣性導航產品佔營業收入的比例為74.30%，發動機電子產品佔營業收入的比例為21.63%，公司營業收入的結構未發生重大變化。上表反映出，2019年1-6月公司航空慣性導航產品收入整體較上年同期上升111.98%，其中：光纖和激光捷聯慣性綜合導航系統增幅分別為2,394.96%、261.16%，主要是由於2019年公司獲得新型號的光纖和激光捷聯慣性綜合導航系統批量列裝，使得訂單較上年同期增加所致。2019年1-6月公司航空發動機電子產品收入與上年同期相比下降7.24%,其中航空發動機參數採集器下降16.95%的主要是因本報告期該產品的銷售單價與上年同期相比較低所致。
報告期內，公司繼續認真落實各級監管部門關於上市公司規範運作相關法律、法規和規範性文件的規定，完善法人治理，強化內部控制，優化經營管理體制，健全各項管理制度，捋順內部管理流程，認真履行信息披露義務，努力提高公司治理水平；同時提高公司各級管理人員的規範意識、風險意識和對中小投資者的責任意識，保證公司各項經營管理工作規範運行。
