保税科技(600794.SH)半年度淨利潤升317.75%至1.14億元
格隆匯8月20日丨保税科技(600794.SH)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入9.20億元，同比增長1.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.14億元，同比增長317.75%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.05億元，同比增長2220.97%；基本每股收益0.0942元。
2019年上半年度，公司夯實主業的同時加快轉型升級步伐，全力培育壯大新的發展動能。主要體現在：公司積極拓展和完善網上倉儲平台服務功能，推進傳統物流向智慧物流轉型；利用網上倉儲平台資源增加客户黏性，促進子公司業務融合發展，發掘新的利潤增長點。經過全體員工的共同努力，主營業務呈現高開高走的穩健態勢，增值業務取得了突破性的進展。
1、液體化工碼頭倉儲方面
報告期內，長江國際接貨量比去年同期有所增加，整體罐容利用率處於相對高位，倉儲量與交割量較去年同期大幅增加；同時長江國際自主研發的網上倉儲平台，利用客户聚集優勢拓展了交割費,實現了流量變現的歷史性突破。使得本期營業收入和利潤總額較去年同期大幅增加。
報告期內，長江國際碼頭累計靠船282艘次，比去年同期減少5.05%；累計接卸貨物量203.76萬噸，同比增長7.50%。報告期內實現營業收入2.12億元，同比增長67.06%；實現利潤總額1.12億元，同比增長196.90%。其中，本期新增網上倉儲平台交割費及會員費為2024.65萬元。
2、固體倉儲方面努力拓展業務量
報告期內，外服公司努力拓展業務量，倉儲及裝卸收入均有所增加。外服公司實現營業收入2823.40萬元，同比增長21.63%；實現利潤總額1653.81萬元，比上年同期1015.58萬元，增長62.84%。
3、化工品代理及貿易方面
報告期內，保税貿易依託公司平台、技術及客户資源優勢，主動調整業務結構，圍繞公司南北聯動整體經營目標開展業務，不僅提升了長江國際罐容利用率，同時通過期現結合經營業務模式，降低了經營風險，經營業績較去年同期大幅增加。
報告期內，保税貿易實現營業收入6.71億元，同比減少10.77%；實現利潤總額1394.73萬元，實現扭虧為盈。
4、對外投資方面
(1)2019年3月18日，公司第八屆董事會第三次會議審議通過了《關於公司投資設立電子商務公司的議案》，同意公司及控股子公司長江國際、揚州石化、華泰化工、張家港基金公司和上海保港基金共同投資設立電子商務公司，註冊資本3000萬元。截至報告期末，電子商務公司完成工商註冊登記。
(2)去年四季度，公司將原持有的聯營企業化工品交易中心40%股權轉讓給保税港務後，公司不再直接持有交易中心股權，交易中心虧損對公司本期主營業務產生的利潤影響較以前年度大幅下降。
