康達新材(002669.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤升48.32%至5866.60萬元
格隆匯8月19日丨康達新材(002669.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約4.31億元，同比增長26.15%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約5866.60萬元，同比增長48.32%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約5174.78萬元，同比增長42.27%；基本每股收益0.197元。
公司管理層和全體員工圍繞“新材料+軍工”的發展戰略，按照年初制定的經營目標和工作重點，審時度勢，多措並舉，堅持客户導向、求實創新、誠實守信、合作共贏的核心價值觀，對外積極搶抓市場機遇，擴大市場規模，對內挖潛增效，持續創新，提升產品品質，進一步優化產品結構、提升生產經營效率，促進公司可持續健康發展。
2018年11月4日，公司原控股股東、實際控制人陸企亭先生及其一致行動人徐洪珊先生、儲文斌先生與唐山金控產業孵化器集團有限公司簽署了《關於上海康達化工新材料股份有限公司之股份轉讓協議》，陸企亭先生、徐洪珊先生、儲文斌先生擬轉讓6270萬股人民幣普通股股份(約佔當時公司總股本的26%)給唐山金控孵化。2019年1月10日，此次協議轉讓股份6270萬股已過户登記至唐山金控孵化名下。公司控股股東由變更為唐山金控孵化，實際控制人變更為唐山市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會。
報告期內，在膠粘劑新材料領域，公司通過強化自身業務能力，不斷的加大自主研發積累，開發出更具有性價比、穩定性進一步提升的產品，從而增強自身盈利水平，業務保持了穩步增長。2019年1月-6月，膠粘劑類產品實現銷售收入約3.59億元，同比增漲23.03%。其中，公司風電環氧結構膠2019年上半年銷售量近5600噸，較上年同期有所增長。公司正積極推進與國際知名風電製造企業Vestas Wind Systems A/S(維斯塔斯風力技術集團)、Siemens Gamesa(西門子歌美颯)業務對接，努力擴大市場份額，使公司產品能夠加快進入國際市場。公司無溶劑聚氨酯復膜膠銷售保持穩定增長，在國內無溶劑復膜膠市場上佔有率領先。同時，公司響應國家號召，逐步推動該系列產品在沿線國家“一帶一路”銷售網絡佈局。公司在軌道交通、消費電子、汽車及其他細分應用領域的銷售規模也在不斷擴大。
報告期內，子公司必控科技業務開展良好，2019年上半年，公司緊抓提升電磁兼容及電源模塊方面的軍工業務，對重點產品、重點項目提供更多資源支持，通過優化研發管理體系，加快產品迭代速度，提升產品品質。下一階段，公司在擴大營銷的同時，一方面將繼續加大重點項目研發投入，進一步提升產品性能和質量；另一方面繼續從集團層面對子公司進行內部管控，成本管控，拓寬融資渠道。
報告期內，公司繼續加大在研發領域的創新投入，研究與開發費用投入總額3243.41萬元，同比增漲58.91%。2019年上半年，公司新獲得發明專利1項、實用新型專利5項。
