黑貓股份(002068.SZ)半年度業績盈轉虧至1.16億元
格隆匯8月19日丨黑貓股份(002068.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入31.71億元，同比下降18.64%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.16億元，上年同期盈利3.06億元；基本每股虧損0.16元。
2019年上半年，全球經濟增長勢頭放緩，美國實施的單邊貿易保護主義對世界經濟產生的消極影響持續擴大，主要發達經濟體增長動能不足,地緣政治不確定性加大。國內經濟在面對複雜多變的國際經濟形勢下，仍保持了穩定的經濟增長態勢，上半年國內生產總值超過45萬億元，同比增長6.3%，經濟運行繼續保持在合理區間。國內汽車行業在產能和保有量持續二十年高速增長後，自2018年下半年開始遭遇寒冬，產銷數據出現連續下滑，同時疊加貿易摩擦加劇、需求下降等不利因素影響，公司下游輪胎行業開工及採購意願下降；上游炭黑原料油受焦化行業產能收縮影響，價格始終維持高位運行，綜合因素導致公司主營產品炭黑毛利率下滑，半年度業績同比下降。
報告期內，公司主營業務未發生變化，累計生產炭黑47.96萬噸，銷售45.30萬噸，實現產銷率94.46%。公司主營業務分地區銷售結構較上年同期相比未發生重大變化，炭黑產品國內、外銷售佔比分別為80.28%和19.72%。
截止報告期末，公司具備炭黑生產能力110萬噸年，在保持國內炭黑行業龍頭地位的同時，加快實施國際化發展戰略，籌劃實施首個海外產能基地項目。公司新建2萬噸年特種炭黑項目已實現規模化生產，有效豐富公司現有產品結構，有望提升炭黑產品的整體盈利水平。青島黑貓新材料研究院有限公司投資建設的“新材料研發及生產中試基地、國際合作技術創新中心項目”正按計劃有序推進，有望提升公司在炭黑納米複合材料領域的研發和轉化能力，為公司主營炭黑產品提供有力的應用技術支持，加快公司研發成果轉化的進程。公司通過子公司烏海黑貓出資參股烏海時聯環保科技有限責任公司，濟寧黑貓出資參股山東時聯黑貓新材料有限公司，能夠解決炭黑生產過程中產生的酚納鹽廢水，同時擴展粗酚提純和酚精製等業務，進一步向煤焦油下游產業鏈延伸。
