東旭光電(000413.SZ)與英國曼徹斯特大學開展深度合作進一步完善石墨烯領域產業佈局
格隆匯8月18日丨東旭光電(000413.SZ)發佈公告，2019年8月16日,公司與英國曼徹斯特大學(The University of Manchester，以下簡稱“曼大”)、曼大電子工程系項目團隊(以下簡稱“項目團隊”)、英國IP Group公司(IP2IPO PORTFOLIO L.P，以下簡稱“IP2IPO”)共同簽署了《股東協議》，共同投資英國RIPTRON LIMITED(以下簡稱“RIPTRON”)，開展與曼大及其項目團隊的深度合作，致力於懸浮石墨烯傳感芯片產品的研發和商業化應用推廣，進一步完善公司在石墨烯領域的產業佈局，延伸公司在石墨烯業務領域的高端應用。
據悉，曼徹斯特大學是一家英國皇家註冊機構(註冊號 RC 000797)且獲得豁免的慈善教育機構。曼大擁有近200年的歷史，並通過多年的科研積累以及不斷的科技創新，在眾多工程和人文領域取得了豐碩的成果，曼徹斯特大學現任及過往教職員和學生中共有25位諾貝爾獎得主，包括2010年因發現和表徵石墨烯獲得當年諾貝爾物理學獎的兩位曼大教授。作為石墨烯的發源地，曼大擁有全球第一家石墨烯專門研究機構-英國國家石墨烯研究院(NGI)，同時，曼大還擁有全球最頂級的石墨烯工程創新中心(GEIC)以及即將建成的羅伊斯先進材料研究院。曼大和曼徹斯特代表了石墨烯的發源、發展和未來。
IP2IPO 公司是一家英國知識產權投資公司，總部在倫敦，並在倫敦證券交易所上市，是富時250指數的一個組成部分。該公司早期支持過 Max Migliorato 博士的研究。
根據協議，東旭光電將於2019年10月31日前向RIPTRON增資17.50萬英鎊；之後根據《股東協議》約定的交付物，即相關傳感芯片和終端產品以及根據《股東協議》約定的交付日，即2019年11月30日，東旭光電將在交付日後的45個工作日內向RIPTRON增資76.80萬英鎊。出資方式為自有資金出資。
公告表示，本次《股東協議》約定交付的石墨烯產品為硅晶圓懸浮石墨烯傳感陣列芯片和兩個相關氣體傳感器件，屬於懸浮石墨烯技術的基礎材料和終端應用。懸浮石墨烯技術，極大程度上保證了單層碳原子層的電子移動速率和傳感特性，可最大程度發揮單層石墨烯在裸露環境下的傳感性能，另外該技術還具備可操作的化學可修飾性，為選擇性多功能傳感提供了巨大應用潛力(氣體、VOCs 檢測、形變、生物醫藥監測等)。懸浮石墨烯傳感芯片屬於電子工業和半導體工業的交叉技術領域，具有微型、智能、可選擇性等特點，未來可與公司產業形成較好的協同效應。
此外，東旭光電年初與曼大簽署了曼大石墨烯工程創新中心(GEIC)一級會員協議，使東旭光電成為曼大在石墨烯領域展開全面戰略合作的第二個中國民營企業。本次《股東協議》的簽署，正式開啟了公司與曼大及其項目團隊的深度合作，使公司可以藉助國際先進的石墨烯技術和先進資源，從學術制高點到產業化綜合聯動，進一步完善公司在石墨烯產業上的產品佈局，加快公司石墨烯業務的發展速度，同時也為公司與曼大未來共同開發中國及全球石墨烯應用市場奠定了堅實的基礎。
