格隆匯8月16日丨徐家彙(002561.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入9.98億元，同比下降4.47%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.14億元，同比下降7.81%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤1.01億元，同比下降7.36%；基本每股收益0.27元。
報告期內，公司堅持秉持“一切從顧客出發”的經營理念，落實“鞏固業績、穩健調整；控制成本、提升效率”的經營方針，堅持以顧客為中心，推動並支持各分、子公司有序開展調整改造和品牌優化，努力改善購物環境；結合企業實際和節日熱點開展形式多樣的營銷活動，鞏固經營業績；對標行業先進標準改進售後政策，提升服務水平，增強顧客滿意度；全渠道建設方面有力推動E-MEC系統移動化、輕量化改造，完成微信小程序開發並上線，持續研發電子發票、自助收銀等新模塊和功能；自有TONYWEAR品牌商品開發、生產及市場拓展有序推進，提高門店運營管控能力；強化內控管理，加強人才培養，提升運營效率，促進管理規範化、精細化。
報告期內，公司切實推動各分、子公司按計劃穩健實施硬件改造工程，提升商場形象與顧客消費體驗。其中：上海六百以穩定經營業績，維護良好形象為目標，加強與優質供應商的良好長期合作關係。匯金徐匯店二樓裝修改造項目一期工程按期完工營業，七樓引進網紅餐飲品牌聚集人氣，市場反應良好。匯金虹橋店有序推進跨樓層聯動調整，做好設計施工、招商洽談、品牌落位等工作。匯金南站店完成南三角區施工與招商，整體形象及品牌能級顯著提升。匯聯商廈實施一樓商場地坪改造，推進圖紙設計，落實施工方案，開展多品類移位聯動調整。匯金超市探索將熱點商品主動送入園區等方法，拓展銷售渠道，堅持加強生鮮商品管控，以優質優價鞏固核心顧客。
着力推動E-MEC系統移動化、輕量化升級，通過與多家銀行合作推廣應用移動POS系統；租賃管理系統進一步完善優化，並推廣至多家門店。匯金南站店第二批E-MEC上線，有力提升門店智能化、數字化及信息化水平；持續開發基於百貨零售線上線下打通的場景應用新功能和模塊，微信小程序已完成上線，電子發票、自助收銀等功能進入開發階段；匯金百貨徐匯店組建專職小組開展門店“數字化”深度管理，單品管理精度得到進一步提高。TONYWEAR上半年新增門店1家，儲備門店1家；增加電商再授權業務，完善訂貨-銷售模型，開展加盟及託管擴張模式研究，嘗試開展長三角地區業務拓展。
