高爭民爆(002827.SZ)發佈半年報淨利潤降77.51%至610.94萬元
格隆匯8月15日丨高爭民爆(002827.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約1.43億元，同比下降6.01%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約610.94萬元，同比下降77.51%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約453.64萬元，同比下降81.61%；基本每股收益0.03元。
面對國內宏觀經濟的下行壓力以及日益激烈的市場競爭，民爆行業面對產能過剩、競爭加劇、環境和人力要素成本不斷攀升等不利形勢，公司以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，深入學習貫徹黨的十九大精神，積極擴大市場尋找新的機遇，堅持新發展理念，突出高質量發展，以加快企業發展為根本，報告期內，公司主營業務未發生變化，公司主要以工業炸藥的生產、銷售、爆破服務等為主營業務。公司管理層一方面重點推進內部資源整合與優化，努力提升公司經營管理水平和效率；另一方面緊緊抓住資本市場的有利時機，實施戰略性佈局，尋求多元化發展機遇。報告期內，公司主要開展了以下工作：
1.加強民爆一體化業務，公司前瞻思考，搶抓機遇，拓展市場，整合資源，積極應對宏觀經濟下行的不利影響，通過以區域優勢鞏固主導市場、以重點區域帶動整體市場、以重點客户提升市場佔有率、以優化營銷管控體系提升管理等措施，充分發揮民爆產業鏈齊全優勢，報告期內，公司爆破業務規模相比去年同期大幅提升。報告期內，公司《民用爆炸物品銷售許可證》許可有效期為三年已到期，公司於2019年5月12日順利完成換證工作，為公司民用爆炸物品持續合法合規銷售提供了法律保障。
2.注重人才培養，完善員工培訓體系。公司積極培養和引進生產、營銷、管理等各方面人才，繼續完善人力資源管理體系，推行以績效為導向的薪酬和考核體系，建設“高中爭先、爭中求高”的企業精神，增強員工的市場競爭意識，調動員工的主觀能動性，促進公司的健康長遠發展。
3.推進內部治理，加強企業管控能力。報告期內，通過對生產運營、財務管理、市場和銷售體系等管理，不斷完善法人治理結構，健全內部控制體系，加強風險防控、規範運作能力，提升公司治理水平，確保實現公司發展目標；及時、準確、完整地披露公司信息，做好投資者關係管理工作，維護投資者的合法權益。
