格隆匯8月15日丨正丹股份(300641.SZ)發佈2019年半年度報告，實現營業收入約5.97億元，同比下降0.69%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約2479.46萬元，同比下降46.14%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤約1951.16萬元，同比下降47.50%；基本每股收益0.05元。
2019年上半年，外部政治經濟環境錯綜複雜，行業安全環保監管持續強化。面對嚴峻的經濟環境和多變的市場形勢，公司按照年度經營工作計劃穩健地開展各項工作，堅持聚焦主業、務實發展。
報告期內，公司主要產品產銷量較上年同期實現平穩增長，營業總收入基本持平，其中出口營業收入比上年同期增長9.97%。受國內外經濟環境變化影響，部分下游行業對產品需求增長放緩，公司產品銷售價格有所下降，導致公司整體盈利較上年同期下降。
安全環保方面，公司積極應對安全環保檢查，逐級落實安全環保主體責任，紮實推進安全生產風險分級管控與隱患排查治理，重點在員工培訓、安全檢查、隱患排查治理、應急管理、環保整治等方面強化管理，為企業持續發展營造了穩定的環境。
技術研發方面，堅持以科技創新為導向，以技術進步推進企業健康、可持續發展，不斷加大科研投入，加強研究開發團隊建設，為未來可持續健康發展奠定堅實基礎。報告期內，公司獲得授權發明專利1件，實用新型專利5件。截至2019年6月30日，公司共獲得授權專利32件，其中發明專利13件，實用新型專利19件。公司自主研發的發明專利“一種乙烯基甲苯生產中的脱氫裝置”榮獲“第二十屆中國專利優秀獎”，“偏苯三酸三辛酯新型催化劑與新工藝的開發及產業化”項目榮獲“江蘇省科學技術三等獎”。
項目建設方面，公司繼續推進募投項目建設，10萬噸/年環保型特種增塑劑項目和4萬噸/年偏苯三酸酐項目已於2019年7月進入試生產，10萬噸/年碳九芳烴分離項目已完成工程主體建設及設備安裝，進入設備調試階段，將於下半年進入試生產。隨着募投項目的陸續投產，將進一步優化產能佈局，強化產業鏈協同效應，增強公司盈利能力及核心競爭力。
