匯金股份(300368.SZ)及前海匯金天源數字與東莞市東坑鎮人民政府簽署項目投資補充協議
格隆匯8月14日丨匯金股份(300368.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年8月1日召開第三屆董事會第三十六次會議，審議通過了《關於公司及控股子公司深圳市前海匯金天源數字技術股份有限公司與東莞市東坑鎮人民政府擬簽署項目投資補充協議的議案》，《項目投資補充協議》約定，公司控股子公司前海匯金擬投資人民幣3.1億元（其中固定資產2.5億元)進行購買土地，建設園區事項。公司作為前海匯金的母公司，將在各方面加大對前海匯金東坑項目的支持，確保項目投資到位，準時開工，按時達產，税收達標；同時，公司鄭重承諾並擔保前海匯金東坑項目達到東莞市東坑鎮人民政府對項目的各項效益要求。
2019年8月14日，公司及控股子公司深圳市前海匯金天源數字技術股份有限公司與東莞市東坑鎮人民政府簽署《項目投資補充協議》。
甲方為東莞市東坑鎮人民政府，乙方為深圳市前海匯金天源數字技術股份有限公司，丙方為河北匯金機電股份有限公司。
項目地塊位於東坑鎮農業園；用地面積15014平方米，約合22.52 畝；為國有工業出讓用地，出讓期限為50年（以市自然資源局《國有土地使用權出讓合同》為準）；具體規劃指標按《建設用地規劃條件》。
項目產業類型：(7452)檢測服務業；項目投資總額人民幣3.1億元，其中固定資產2.5億元。乙方承諾該項目按東莞市重大項目的要求標準申請納入東莞市重大項目推進。
丙方(河北匯金機電股份有限公司)是乙方的母公司，授權乙方與甲方簽訂投資、税收等相關協議；丙方將在各方面加大對匯金天源東坑項目的支持，確保項目投資到位，準時開工，按時達產，税收達標；同時，丙方鄭重承諾並擔保匯金天源東坑項目達到甲方對項目的各項效益要求。
乙方同意自取得《國有土地使用權出讓合同》後六個月內必須動工建設，兩年內竣工投產。項目在2022年6月前試投產；預計於2022年12月前達產；2023年度為正常投產的第一個計税年度。
