华营建筑(01582.HK)今早首挂开报2.27元,较上市价1元,高127%,初段升幅曾扩至178%,高见2.78元,随後升幅显着收窄,午後低见1.11元,全日报1.15元近低收,较上市价仅高出15%。全日成交逾1.14亿股,涉2.01亿元。不计手续费,每手帐面获利375元。
华营为本港楼宇建筑总承建商。是次上市共发售1.39亿股,并已引入包括华滋国际海洋工程(02258.HK)附属忠德凯瑞等六名基石投资者,合共认购5,050万股;10%公开发售获近9倍超购,每手2,500股,认购一手中签率20%;股份以招股范围(1至1.4元)下限定价,料集资净额9,630万元,主要用作拨付潜在楼宇建筑工程前期成本及增强人手等。上市独家保荐人第一上海。
