《盈利警告》山东墨龙(00568.HK)料第三季转亏逾4,300万人民币
山东墨龙(00568.HK)发盈警,预计今年首九个月亏损2,500-3,500万人民币(下同),相对2018年同期盈利7,955万元。单计第三季,预计亏损介乎4,300万-5,300万元,上年同期盈利约4,698万元。
由盈转亏主要由於全资子公司寿光懋隆新材料第三季度停产检修,导致公司利润减少约4,000万元;受投资者诉讼案件影响,第三季度新增计提索赔损失760万元;及因部份原材料价格大幅上水涨,导致生产成本上升,公司经营业绩下滑。
