中國海洋石油(00883.HK)為CNOOC Finance的票據提供擔保 淨籌約14.899億美元
格隆匯9月26日丨中國海洋石油(00883.HK)公佈,於9月25日,公司及CNOOC Finance (2013)與中國銀行、中銀國際、花旗、高盛(亞洲)有限責任公司、摩根大通、瑞銀、農銀國際、中國農業銀行股份有限公司香港分行、東亞銀行有限公司、交銀國際、中金公司、工銀國際以及法興企業和投資銀行就有關發行2029年票據及2049年票據訂立承銷協議。
公告稱,CNOOC Finance發行本金為10億美元利率為2.875%於2029年到期的擔保票據及本金為5億美元利率為3.300%於2049年到期的擔保票據,由公司提供無條件且不可撤銷的擔保。
據悉,發行票據的所得款項總額經剔除估計約為14.899億美元。所得款項將用於一般企業用途。
