开易控股(02011.HK)今早起停牌。
公司公布,於9月20日(上周五)下午四时正(即接纳要约之最後时间及日期),联合要约人已收到涉及合共7,815.7万股要约股份之15份有效接纳,相当於公司全部已发行股本约16.82%。每股要约股份1.677元,要约总代价为1.31亿元。
於紧随要约截止後,待完成向联合要约人转让该等根据要约收购的要约股份後,6,055.74万股股份(相当於公司全部已发行股本约13.03%)由公众人士持有。因此,目前公司不符合上市规则之25%的最低公众持股量规定,故股份将暂停买卖。
