扣除轉板上市專業費用 展程控股(01854.HK)預期中期溢利大幅減少
格隆匯9月20日丨展程控股(01854.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2019年9月30日止六個月錄得扣除轉板上市專業費用前溢利較2018年同期大幅減少。
董事會認為減少主要歸因於集團原材料成本增加;及消費意欲減弱及一般餐飲業務不利的環境降低了集團調整其產品定價的議價能力而導致較低的收益及毛利率。面對當前挑戰,集團將繼續密切監察市場狀況,優化產品組合並實施相應的成本管理措施。
