亚洲实业集团(01737.HK):预计中期业绩由盈转亏
格隆汇9月20日丨亚洲实业集团(01737.HK)发布公告,预计集团截至2019年9月30日止六个月期间将录得公司拥有人应占净亏损,而2018年度同期则录得净溢利。
董事会认为,上述转盈为亏状况主要由于截至2019年7月31日止四个月空运货代地勤服务及空运货站经营服务的整体货物处理量减少,两项业务可能均由于2018年中或前后开始的贸易影响所致;鉴于有关贸易环境的不确定性,集团因为要保持稳定的劳动力去维持日常运作,所以整体劳工成本未能立即削减至较整体收益及服务处理量减少的相同程度;及最近两个月在香港发生的事件所带来的不利营商环境。
