港股异动 | 共享集团涨逾18% 拟购买5亿港元应收账款
格隆汇9月19日丨共享集团(3344.HK)半日收涨18.68%,报0.108港元,成交额326.5万港元,总市值6亿港元。公司昨日公告称,拟收购目标公司金砖控股及金皓国际全部已发行股份,代价预期不少于1.5亿港元,卖方由执行董事黄斌先生全资拥有。公告显示,目标公司持有金额约5亿港元的应收账款,连同任何相关质押资产的担保权。公司因考虑到目标资产本金值的大幅折让而可能进行收购事项,倘可能收购事项获实现,集团将有从收回应收款项而获利的机会。
