金山工业(00040.HK):新盛力上市后GP工业持股下降至30.24%
格隆汇9月16日丨金山工业(00040.HK)公告,于2019年9月16日,本公司拥有85.5%权益的附属公司GP工业有限公司于新加坡股票交易所公布,本公司及GP工业旗下非直接持有的联营公司新盛力科技股份有限公司就其已发行股份于台湾证券交易所主板上市发行新股份予其雇员及投资者。
新盛力上市后,GP工业于新盛力的有效股本权益由34.27%下降至30.24%,而新盛力仍为GP工业及本公司的联营公司。新盛力在台北证券交易所的股票将于二零一九年九月十七日开始交易。
