中裕燃气(03633.HK)：1.5亿元收购两项天然气项目 进一步扩大河南市场份额
格隆汇获悉，2019年9月12日，中国领先的燃气营运服务商中裕燃气(03633.HK)宣布，集团的全资附属公司中裕城市能源投资控股(深圳)有限公司已订立买卖协议，以总代价人民币150,950,000元(相当于约167,554,500港元)收购濮阳天润燃气有限公司76.67%股权及沣源天然气有限责任公司100%股权。两间目标公司各自已与濮阳县当地政府部门签署天然气供应特许经营协议。于2018年，两间目标公司售气量共打13,992万立方米。
公司认为是次收购能与目前于河南省的经营项目达至协同效益，拓阔客户基础，进一步扩张集团的经营版图覆盖，并提升集团在濮阳县的市场份额。有鉴于濮阳市下一步重点是打造新型化工基地，集团对区内未来工业用户气量增长感乐观，并相信会为集团带来持续增长。
濮阳天润燃气为一家集天然气采购、储运及销售、天然气管网及配气站建设及运营为一体的专业天然气项目营运公司，获授独家特许经营权于濮阳县产业集聚区营运；主要客户为经营石油化工、玻璃制品、耐火材料等制造业，客户规模大而且生产稳定；于2018年，其天然气销量约12,223万立方米。而沣源天然气亦获授特许经营权，于濮阳县内8个乡镇供应天然气，拥有众多住宅用户、商业及公共用户、以及工业用户；于2018年，其录得燃气销量达约1,769万立方米。
一如概往，集团一直着力物色并购机遇尤其是能与目前经营项目达至协同效益的优质项目。集团认为是次收购事项可进一步扩张集团的经营版图覆盖，透过拓阔客户基础，使濮阳天润燃气及沣源天然气目前经营的项目与集团现有项目之间产生协同效应，进一步提升集团于河南省的市场份额。
同时，由于濮阳县位于河南省东北部，是中原油田开发建设的腹地。上述收购可为集团开拓来自中石化的新气源(濮阳天润燃气及沣源天然气现时由中石化供应管道气)。2020年前，中石化将在濮阳县建设库容为556亿立方米的国内最大储气库群。
中裕燃气主席兼执行董事王文亮先生表示：“继于2019上半年成功收购四个项目，是次收购继续落实集团的增长策略，尤其是在我们的优势地区–河南省，进一步扩大我们的市场份额及影响力，拓阔客户基础，实现持续增长。我们会继续物色优质的并购项目，积极挖潜育新，开拓市场，向‘成为最具价值的综合能源服务商的目标阔步迈进。”
