報道指騰訊(00700.HK)組「騰任」新公司 市場關注或與任天堂合作有關
內地傳媒《IT之家》報道,騰訊科技(00700.HK)100%持股「上海騰任科技有限公司」日前成立,該公司註冊資本為300萬元人民幣,法定代表人為王波。該公司經營範圍包括電子產品的設計與開發、遊戲遊藝設備的銷售等。
騰訊於今年4月已確定和任天堂合作,在中國地區銷售任天堂Switch以及相關遊戲,因此這家公司主要業務很大可能也是與任天堂有關。
不過值得注意的是,上述騰任科技有限公司並不是由騰訊和任天堂合資,目前看來是由騰訊100%獨資持有。
