高瓴厚朴争夺格力电器股权，资金方隐现美的、格力经销商身影

9月3日讯 格力电器9月2日晚发布公告透露混改进展，两家意向受让方提交了受让格力电器15%股权的申请材料。天眼查数据库显示，两家意向受让方分别是高瓴资本和厚朴投资，其中高瓴资本成立的受让方股权穿透后现“豪华”资金方身影，其中包括美的何享健、国美杜鹃、龙湖吴亚军等人，值得一提的是，格力经销商相关的人士亦位列其中。
9月2日，格力集团函告格力电器，本次格力集团公开征集所持格力电器15%股权的意向受让方，在公开征集期内，共有两家意向受让方向格力集团提交了受让申请材料，并足额缴纳相应的缔约保证金，分别是：珠海明骏投资合伙企业（有限合伙），以及格物厚德股权投资（珠海）合伙企业（有限合伙）与GENESIS FINANCIAL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED组成的联合体。
天眼查的信息显示，珠海明骏投资合伙企业（有限合伙）成立于2017年5月，股东包括深圳高瓴瀚盈投资咨询中心（有限合伙）（下称“高瓴瀚盈”）与珠海贤盈股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）。其中，高瓴瀚盈的LP向上层层穿透中，可发现包括歌斐资产系诺亚财富、兴业基金、招商基金、中国太平洋人寿保险股份有限公司、清华大学教育基金等机构；
同时，持有高瓴瀚盈13.79%份额的珠海高聆泽远资产管理中心（有限合伙）中，则出现美的何享健、国美杜鹃、龙湖吴亚军等人的身影，以及格力经销商“北京明珠盛兴格力中央空调销售有限公司”法定代表人杜鸿飞，同时一名为“张金龙”的人士曾为天津渤海格力电器营销有限公司、天津格力空调销售有限公司法定代表人，该人士目前仍未“天津格力投资合伙企业（有限合伙）”股东。
与高领资本相比，由厚朴投资成立的受让方“格物厚德股权投资（珠海）合伙企业（有限合伙）与GENESIS FINANCIAL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED组成的联合体”，未能呈现较清晰的资金来源。
其中，格物厚德股权投资（珠海）合伙企业（有限合伙）成立于2019年5月，股东包括厚朴投资管理有限责任公司和格物厚德投资控股（珠海）合伙企业（有限合伙）。向上穿透后，多为厚朴投资工作人员。
同时香港企业查册中心的资料显示，GENESIS FINANCIAL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED成立于2019年6月11日，董事为LAU,TECK SIEN，新加坡人士。公开信息显示，该人士早年曾任职淡马锡，现为厚朴投资合伙人以及首席投资官。
格力电器公告称，格力集团将尽快组织评审委员会对两家意向受让方进行综合评审，按照《上市公司国有股权监督管理办法》等有关规定，在综合考虑各种因素的基础上择优选择受让方，并与最终确定的受让方签署附条件生效的《股份转让协议》。该协议内容是双方权利义务的最终约定，以国有资产监督管理机构及其他有权政府部批准后方能生效，是否能够获得批准尚存不确定性。
