撤回中国存托凭证发行申请的小米集团(01810.HK)拟回购最多120亿元股份,该股今天由上市低位急弹曾一举重越10天及20天线(8.73元及8.84元),最高见8.92元遇压,现造8.79元,急弹5.3%,成交增至9,770万股,涉资8.6亿元。
小米公布,董事会昨天正式决议行使股份购回授权以不时按最高总价120亿元於公开市场购回股份。声明认为,於现况下进行股份购回可展示公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心,且最终会为公司带来裨益及为股东创造价值。
