热带水果板块快速发展 海升果汁(00359.HK)中期亏损扩大272.7%
格隆汇8月30日丨海升果汁(00359.HK)公告，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司营业额5.03亿元人民币，同比减38.2%；公司拥有人应占亏损7990万元，亏损同比扩大272.7%；每股亏损6.2分。
营业额减少主要归因于2018年中国苹果北方优生区遭受大面积霜冻灾害导致苹果产量下降，浓缩苹果汁原料果供应不足，导致浓缩苹果汁销量出现一定规模的下滑。
回顾期内，本集团的毛利率由约17.6%上升至约27.8%，主要由于销售具有较高毛利率的产品比例增加所致，其中主要包括苹果苗木。
2018年度中国黄土高原地区遭受罕见恶劣天气，域内苹果产量大面积减少，导致榨汁果原料收购成本增加，加之国际市场的需求发生变化，加工板块受到了原料、销售两方面的挤压影响，与2018年上半年相比，2019年上半年国内苹果汁产量整体下滑明显，出口部分下滑三分之二。集团公司适时调整原料采购计划、缩减产量、优化库存，以积极应对相关风险，降低损失。
半年以来，集团公司与客户深度沟通，大力挖掘国外市场潜能，并同步拓展国内市场销售。在北美出口不利的情况下，2019年上半年，集团日本区域市场销售的增幅高达47%，同时成功开拓了印度市场，实现零突破，出口份额仍居全国行业前列；集团在国内市场的销售增幅亦达50%。与此同时，面对市场环境变化，集团在传统出口产品的基础上，持续不断地增大多品类产品的销售，在国内市场，除各个品类的果汁产品如苹果浆、山楂浆、白桃汁的销量进一步增长，在果胶、香精、小品类果汁市场拓展方面也取得了较好成绩。
在终端消费品方面，集团继续大力推进清谷田园系列高端瓶装果汁饮品在国内市场的销售。同时，集团积极推进新产品的研发，2019年3月份推出了枝纯系列果茶，稳步推进终端市场产品的研发与推广。
截止2019年上半年，集团共建成49个大田基地、建成9个苗圃基地，合计流转土地面积近十万亩；冷库分选线6个，气调冷库存储能力60,000吨，日分选能力320吨。并新增注册商标7个，分别为樱桃－桑缇娜、科瑞娜、雷洁娜；苗木－海升种苗、巴克爱嘎啦、布鲁克嘎啦、阿兹特克富士；新增有机认证基地3个、转换期基地2个。与此同时，温带水果事业部率先开始了自主品种选育，在宝鸡千阳基地进行杂交育种第一阶段的杂交授粉工作，并深化建设苹果品种对比园，储备苹果品种132种。
热带水果事业部是集团公司农业种植板块快速发展的又一核心支撑，截止2019年上半年，集团已建成现代化高标准柑橘基地总面积近6万亩，挂果面积达6,000亩，并在靖西、仪陇、古蔺建成高标准脱毒柑橘苗木繁育基地3个，总面积近10万平方米，年产能约220万株。同时，集团从欧洲、南美洲等地引进了13个柑橘无毒种植资源，从美国及南非共计引进牛油果品种8个，砧木品种2个，不断丰富种植品类，力求满足消费者的不同需求。
