谭木匠(00837.HK)上半年实现净利润7304.6万元 同比增长13.3%
格隆汇8月29日丨谭木匠(00837.HK)发布中期业绩，截至2019年6月30日止6个月，公司实现收入1.70亿元人民币(下同)，同比增长8.1%；毛利1.06亿元，同比基本持平；公司股权益持有人应占溢利7304.6万元，同比增长13.3%；基本每股收益29.4分；不派中期股息。
报告期内，集团录得收益增加主要是由于集团提升了线下业务的团队组织、店铺形象和渠道分销以及线上业务的积极营销策略所致。
境内业务方面，2019年上半年营销部经历了人事变更与重组，原线上营销总监刘珂佳被提升为副总裁，掌舵线上营销、线下营销两个部门，线下营销部上半年陆续有新旧人员交替更新，在经历了人事的变更与重组后的线下营销部，团队表现持续稳定。于2019年6月30日，谭木匠在中国境内共有1223家加盟店，在其他国家及地区共有3家加盟店(专柜)，在中国香港有3家直营店，在中国台湾有1家加盟店(专柜)。
海外业务方面，海外业务拓展一直是我们需要努力的方向，经过几年的探索与经验积累，虽未做到游刃有余，但也终于在今年有了一些小进步。目前谭木匠在其他国家及地区共有4家加盟店，在中国香港共3家直营店，以往中国香港专卖店基本开在地铁站内部和购物中心较高楼层，对品牌露出不是十分有利，今年一月中国香港76店也终于在德福广场开业，作为谭木匠在中国香港真正意义上商场店，也是我们拓展中国香港市场的信心。于本报告期间，中国香港直营店的业绩与同期持平，发展依旧任重而道远，2019年下半年我们将把握好机遇，提升销售热情，努力做到更好。
境内线上业务方面，谭木匠电商自2012年进驻线上平台，在持续线上线下同价的原则下，已聚集了一定数量的优质客户。电商团队的同事一直干劲十足、活力满格，在线上平台的高压工作环境下依旧用最饱满热情的状态对待工作，这就是谭木匠人的工作风格。于2019年上半年电商团队顺利完成销售指标，同比去年年同期销售增长18.3%。主要业务由天猫与京东带动，于本报告期间，从天猫而获得的总销售约为4750万元，比去年同期增长16.1%。从京东而获得的总销售约为1950万元，比去年同期增长18.9%。
境外线上业务方面，通过不断的拓展和经验积累，目前谭木匠线上电商已经成功上线美国亚马逊、澳洲Ebay、英国Ebay、美国独立站、美国亚米网、日本亚马逊、韩国NAVER、新加坡LAZADA、Shopee马来西亚等众多线上平台。并与北美跨境电商、美国推广团队合作，在Facebook、Instagram上定期产出内容、推广品牌。
