新维国际控股(08086.HK)延长收购S-Grill Management股份截止日期
格隆汇8月29日丨新维国际控股(08086.HK)公布,于2019年6月14日,公司(作为买方)与卖方全安投资有限公司订立该协议,而卖方同意出售S-Grill Management Limited全部股份,代价为6000万港元(可予下调),其中5000万港元应以现金支付及余额1000万港元通过发行承兑票据支付。
由于条件获达成需要额外时间,故订约方于2019年8月29日书面协定将最后截止日期延长至2019年10月31日或可能书面协定的有关其他日期。
