平庄能源(000780.SZ)发布半年报 净亏损1.87亿元
格隆汇8月29日丨平庄能源(000780.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入约9.42亿元，同比下降13.12%；归属于上市公司股东的净亏损约1.87亿元，上年同期亏损2310.43万元；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净亏损约1.91亿元；基本每股亏损0.18元。
2019年上半年，公司实现营业收入9.42亿元，同比减少13.12%；实现净利润-1.87亿元，同比减少利润707.40%。报告期末，公司总资产53.70亿元，比年初增加3.17%；所有者权益37.92亿元，比年初减少8.83%。2019年上半年煤炭销售结构为地销煤销量占53.40%，市场煤销量占24.99%，电煤销量占21.61%。
2019年上半年，公司亏损的原因为：一是公司在产的三个煤矿中，风水沟矿受井下地质条件影响，煤炭含矸率高，水分大，上半年煤炭发热量同比下降691千卡/千克；老公营子矿与六家矿受开采工作面条件影响，1-3月份煤炭水分大，灰分偏高，4月份开始煤质好转，1-3月份老公营子矿煤炭发热量同比下降434千卡/千克、六家矿同比下降300千卡/千克。公司煤质不稳影响了煤炭销售价格。2019年上半年，煤炭平均销售价格为307.33元/吨，与上年同期335.80元/吨相比下跌28.47元/吨，下跌幅度8.48%，因售价下跌减少煤炭销售收入7131.27万元；因冬季偏暖，公司销售区域内取暖用煤量下降，上半年煤炭销售数量为250.48万吨，与上年同期263.92万吨相比减少13.44万吨，下降幅度5.09%；因销量下降减少煤炭销售收入4514.66万元。二是本期代销平庄煤业煤炭数量下降，导致煤炭代销收入较去年同期下降1526.22万元。三是公司西露天矿由露天开采方式转井工开采尚未取得相关部门批复，目前仍处于停产阶段，相应支出部分矿井维护费用。
