格隆汇8月29日丨信和置业(00083.HK)发布全年业绩,截至2019年6月30日止年度,公司实现收入80.1亿港元,同比下降25.35%;毛利44.91亿港元,同比下降7.6%;公司拥有人应占利润69.15亿港元,同比下降50.6%;基本每股收益1.03港元;拟派发末期股息每股41港仙。
集团将继续增加收益、提高效率和生产力,并提升产品和服务质素。集团的经常性业务,包括物业租赁、酒店餐饮服务和物业管理服务,将继续带来稳定收入。物业销售方面,集团多个物业项目正在发展规划,将在未来数年推出发售。管理层将继续采取选择性策略补充土地储备,提高盈利,为股东增值。集团对香港物业巿场前景审慎乐观,以稳健的财务状况及可持续的业务策略,应对经济环境变化及未来的挑战。
